Great Customer Support, Great Value and an Amazing Final Product!!!!

I have a fair amount of brass processing equipment in my shop geared to smalle,r precision batches, and do a couple thousand each year, but when it came to bulk processing my large stockpile of 5.56x45 LC brass I finally threw in the towel and outsourced it to Ammetron!

I compared the cost of investing in a more automated system for my shop and just couldn't justify the costs, space and time vs outsourcing. Conner was extremely helpful answering all my up front questions, even knowing I was doing a cost analysis to possibly purchase equipment to do it in-house. I eventually decided that the quantities I needed done were still not large enough to justify the costs of upgrading my processing methods.

I shipped a mixed box (USPS Large Priority Flat Rate Box) of nearly 2,300 nickel plated and LC brass to Ammetron and they had it fully processed and back to me in just over 1 week!!

Brass was full length resized, de-primed, primer pockets swaged, trimmed to length and cleaned/polished till they gleamed like the sun! lol

They also inspected the brass, culling out any cases that were damaged or had large dents etc. that would disqualify them from being reloaded. A second stage of inspection resulted in cases with small dents and imperfections also being separated out as Grade B, but loadable and then the bulk of the cases, Grade A, that were fully processed and ready to load. All the cases were returned, including the culls, in Ammetron package boxes holding 300+ cases and labeled with type and manufacturer name on the outside. Perfect for shelf storage!

I'm absolutely pleased with the customer servicer, quality and price of Ammetron's brass processing services and will be using them again in the near future! I'll be posting pics and a review on my Instagram page @kyrangetime later this week, so go check it out!

FAQs

You ship your cases to us and we ship them back fully processed and ready to load. The cost of USPS priority return shipping is included in the 7-9¢ per case.

Photos upon receipt and initial weigh-in (in your shipping packaging) will be provided.

We have found USPS to be the most economically when it comes to shipping once fired brass.

Approximately 1,500 .223/5.56 cases will fit in their medium flat rate boxes and 2,500 in their large flat rate boxes.

If USPS can not deliver to your residence or business, the appropriate USPS flat rate(s) will be deducted from the return shipping cost. This is something we will know of and inform you before we begin processing.

Cases are counted by weight upon initial receipt (73 cases per pound) and rounded down to the nearest quarter pound.

The weight we will be using for invoicing will be provided before we begin processing.

Orders greater than 10,000 cases may require a 25% deposit depending on production schedules and your timeframe.

Grade B cases are cases that we would normally toss aside to process and shoot in house.

The cases will range from just a bit too ugly for retail to being right on the edge of being able to be reloaded again.

Since the brass is yours, we do not want to not process them, but we also want to point them out.

They will be bagged or boxed separately.
